A friendly nursery in South West London is currently looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to join their vibrant nursery community, building a calm, nurturing and safe environment that inspires learning, growth, and collaboration.

As a Nursery Manager you will:

• Have prior experience in early years education, ideally with previous nursery management experience
• Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and a Level 5 in management is desirable
• Follow the EYFS curriculum to deliver educational activities for children's learning and development
• Build strong relationships with staff, children and parents
• Have a strong understanding of early years and safeguarding
• Be dedicated to supporting children's early growth and development
• Lead and support your team of staff to deliver the highest standards of care and education
• Have great organisational skills to manage your workload effectively
