Graduate Teaching Assistant needed in South West London!

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within a similar role would be desirable, and a degree would be essential. 

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Delivering learning interventions to students in small groups and/or on a 1:1 basis, monitoring their progress
• Supporting and assisting students both 1:1 and in small groups 
• Assisting with the delivery of a broad and exciting curriculum 
• Providing support for students with SEND within an inclusive learning environment
• Creating a positive learning environment that allows every student to feel supported, motivated and able to reach their full potential
• Working closely with the class teachers

The successful Grad TA will be working full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm) and will be committed to a long term, temp to perm Teaching Assistant contract to start immediately and expected to last until the end of the academic year in July 2025. This will give you the opportunity to be a part of the school community, joining a team of likeminded friendly staff and building rapport with children and staff alike, and you will feel rewarded and achieved seeing the progress the children you work with make across the year.
