Ethos Education are keen to hear from any Drama teachers who are seeking a new role from September 2024 or January 2025. You can be an experienced Drama teacher looking to take a step up to Head of Department - if you wish to lead the Drama team, you will need QTS / QTLS, the ability to drive theatre & design teaching, contribute to the subject improvement plan, mentor ITT trainees, review & monitor the delivery of Drama team - including ECT's. We are supporting a mixed 11-18 Academy in lovely Tunbridge Wells, Kent.  Gym facilities, school pension, CPD & a vibrant + exciting place to work are on offer to a Drama teacher. On site electric charge point.
Drama teachers will be involved in organising school theatre trips, theatre productions, puppetry workshops and enjoy good GCSE results in the subject. 
Located close to the A264, Tunbridge Wells has trains running to central London in less than one hour. Kent is a beautiful county, with stunning countryside, coastline and Tunbridge Wells is the "spa" capital of the "Garden of England".  ECT Drama teachers or QTS Drama teachers are welcome to apply.
