Food Technology Teacher - Independent Girls' Boarding School Windsor

Are you an experienced Food Technology Teacher seeking a long-term or permanent contract for September 2024?

This 11-18 Girls' Boarding School is seeking a new teacher to join their team.

The Cookery and Food Technology offering at the school is popular with the girls from Year 7 through to 6th Form.

You'll teach across the whole age range, including GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition. At 6th form lessons will prepare girls for life beyond school with a number of practical food lessons.

The department is well-resourced and well-staffed. All lessons are practical and designed to develop team work and time management skills.

As a Food Technology Teacher at this school, you'll work with colleagues across other departments to incorporate other curriculum areas into the Cookery and Food Technology department. Collaborations with the History and MFL department have recently contributed to some memorable and enjoyable Food lessons.

This is a wonderful school in which to begin or continue your career as a Food Technology teacher. QTS is preferred, but not essential.
