Ethos Education are keen to hear from any experienced MFL teachers keen for a Head of Department TLR post for September 24. 
80% teaching timetable, team teaching, PPA, CPD & a focus on well being. Research rich MFL curriculum & provides education for 0-19, wrap around Primary care, Nursery discount, supportive senior leadership team. 
Located in Ashford, with a direct international rail link to Europe (great for a MFL teacher wishing to travel), 20 mins drive to Folkestone, International Baccalaureate French and Spanish is offered at GCSE level, French is offered from Year 7 & Spanish can be elected at Year 8. 
35 mins drive to Canterbury & 45 mins of a direct train line to London. 
This is a Church of England school, excellent behaviour, strong moral compass - but you do not have to be of this faith to teach MFL here. An easy pace of life, green spaces, tempting shopping & good leisure scene.
