MFL Teacher - Secondary School - Spanish & French Teacher

We are seeking a permanent MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) teacher to join a successful secondary school in Enfield. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and motivate students. This is a large and vibrant MFL department at a school where French, German, Spanish and Turkish are taught. There is excellent opportunity to progress as an MFL Teacher and it's an enjoyable environment in which to teach.

• MFL Teacher (Spanish and/or French)
• ECT MFL Teacher or Experienced MFL Teacher

• September 2024 Start (July 2024 starts for ECTs)
• Outer London Pay

Responsibilities:
- Teach MFL (French and/or Spanish) to students in a secondary school setting
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching MFL at the secondary level
- Knowledge of French and/or Spanish language and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and improving teaching practice
