Psychology Teacher Job - Secondary School in Southall -
We are currently seeking a temporary Psychology Teacher to join our team at a school in Southall. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in psychology and education, as well as a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
This is a temporary position, but exceptional Psychology Teacher applicants will be considered for a permanent appointment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach psychology to students in a classroom setting (KS4 and KS5)
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or education (QTS preferred)
- Teaching certification and/or experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychology principles and theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and environments
