Job Description

Ethos Education are keen to hear from any Assistant Headteacher seeking a new AHT role from Easter or September 2024. 
Leadership scale 10-14, depending on UK QTS experience. Any Assistant Headship specialism considered, CPD delivery required. 
As an Assistant Headteacher, you are required to embed The Trust principles, support the Trust & Headteacher deliver quality education, attend all school events, show flair to contribute to daily school life, line manager to HOY, HOD, be involved in school strategy & more in this exciting and bustling role. 
Any subject area considered for a 50% teaching load. 
Located in Greater London, Watford area with excellent transport links to the capital and the wider Hertfordshire area. Close to local amenities, public transport, road links and local hospital. 
£60,261.00 - £66,316.00 Annually (FTE). 
Interviews for a inspirational leader, with excellent degree and leadership qualifications taking place before February 1/2 term 2024.
