Job Description
Ethos Education are hiring a stunning History teacher. Starting January 2024 for 1 term until East er 204. You will need QTS - Qualified Teacher Status.
ECT History teachers and experienced History teachers are warmly welcomed to apply. London Fringe allowance for a History teacher.
The school is a Church of England school but you do NOT have to be a Christian to work here, but be supportive of the schools ethos. The school has an excellent reputation and sits on the Greater London / Surrey border.
Only 1 hour to Brighton on the South East coast and 30 mins into Central London. Great location & this area provides a desirable catchment area with switched on students ready to engage in History. Excellent access to the M25. This school provides teacher training so any History teacher joining will have access to wonderful support, guidance and training.
History is taught from KS3 through to A Level. History teachers also have the opportunity to teach Sociology & Politics. Edexcel History GCSE level, as a History teacher you can expect to be teaching Elizabethan England, Medicine, First World War, Nazi Germany and more.
