Job Description
Ethos Education have the opportunity from Easter 2024 for a Director of English.You must have QTS as a visionary leader of English & Literacy.
MPR/UPR + TLR 1A £14,194 + Wellbeing Cash Plan + Pension Scheme (TPS) + Additional Academy Benefits.
English is offered from KS3, OCR GCSE & Key Stage 5. As a Director of English, you have an excellent team of English teachers including those leading Key Stages & also a Reading & Literacy Lead.
The English Department runs a creative writing club, Year 11 revision & visits to theatres. As a Director of English, all English teachers have modern classrooms and interactive whiteboards to use.
30 mins drive to Colchester, Essex and 2 hours drive to London.
