Job Description

Ethos Education are keen to hear from any SEND/ PRU/SEMH teachers to teach KS3 in a Special Educational Needs School.
Located in High Wycombe, 45 mins via rail to Oxford & London. 
As a enthusiastic, patient and well humoured SEN teacher working with excluded or semi excluded pupils, delivering a Primary style curriculum with the support of a experienced SEND Teaching Assistant. Cooking, Outdoor Education, PSHE, Reading & more feature on the timetable. 
As a SEND teacher, you can be an ECT or an experienced (any subject) Secondary teacher for a January 2024 start date. 
Teaching 6 pupils in a class for 12 week blocks to reduce permanent exclusion. This Alternative Provision places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, flexible working conditions, leaders who understand and relate, leading from the heart & have a holistic, trauma approach to supporting young people succeed.
