An exciting opportunity for a Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant role situated in the vibrant community of Wandsworth. The position is available for an immediate start.

Role Overview: As a Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

• Collaborate closely with experienced teachers to provide targeted support to students with special educational needs.
• Contribute to the creation of personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of our students.
• Help maintain an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Work closely with the SENCo to implement effective strategies and interventions.
• Provide one-on-one support and assist in small group settings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is advantageous, but your dedication, adaptability, and passion for supporting students with special educational needs are equally valued.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
