Job Description

Ethos Education are looking for permanent Cover Supervisors to work in an Academy in Oxford. 
You will need to be flexible, educated to at least GCSE level, able to connect with teachers & pupils, deliver quality education with no planning or marking. Following instructions, behaviour policy & working as part of a team is essential for this Cover Supervisor role. You may be a TA looking for the next step or considering a career in teacher training. 
Up to 21.1% pension, carers leave & paid time off for volunteering. 32.5 hours per week – 8.30 to 15.30 (with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak) Monday to Friday. 38 hours term time only.
