Ethos Education would be keen to hear from any Maths teachers who are interested in teaching in an alternative school setting. Part time Maths teachers & full time Maths teachers are welcome to apply for this SEND teaching role starting in January 2024. 
Teaching KS3 & KS4 numeracy & Maths to pupils who are facing school issues, complex SEND needs, challenging behaviours & at risk from school exclusion. This work requires a thick skin, the ability to nurture, care for & give students the best chance to succeed - no matter the barriers to education. 
Located in Aylesbury, North Buckinghamshire - 1.5 hours away from London. Buckinghamshire is a lovely country with strong commuter links to the capital, High Wycombe, beautiful countryside and plenty for a Maths teacher to do during your down time. 
Leadership is excellent, this is a well organised school well equipped to deal with ever changing demands, as a Maths teacher you will be well supported by quality teaching assistants. Strong ethos, strong commitment to supporting pupils with mental health, difficult home lives and a variety of trauma related behaviours. Great training, career growth, very much a large family atmosphere is felt in this school supporting SEND pupils.
