The ideal maths teacher should:
• Possess QTS (or equivalent) or hold an undergraduate degree in mathematics.
• Have previous experiences as a maths teacher, with a solid understanding of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4, with the ability to craft and deliver lesson plans effectively and assess student work.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team, and the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with fellow staff members.
