HGV Class 1 ADR Driver — Tramping | Widnes

We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 ADR Drivers for Tramping work from Widnes. This is ongoing work with permanent opportunities after 12 weeks.

Hours & Pay

Monday - Friday Tramping Work
4 Nights Out Per Week
£21.29p/h plus £25 per night out

Job Role

Driving a HGV Class 1 Curtainsided Vehicle to deliver chemicals and ingredients to customer sites across the UK network.

Main Duties will include:

Ensuring the loads are strapped and secure
Communicating with our customers at their sites
Ensuring the safe delivery of products to customers across the Network
Complying with all safety processes, procedures, and legislation.
Understanding, prioritising, and escalating our customers' feedback and requests to our internal teams

Vehicles

DAF fully automatic units, tractor units replaced every four years
Fitted with adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, air-conditioning and fridges

What You'll Need

HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Valid CPC and Digi Card
ADR licence
Less than 6 point for minor endorsements
Comfortable using mobile apps for daily reporting
