HGV Class 2 Driver - Days Available | Manchester

Looking for ongoing Class 2 work with a leading logistics operation? We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for day shifts delivering to major supermarket chains and distribution centres.

• Monday to Friday
• 05:00 starts
• Temp to Perm Opportunity
• £16.81 per hour (PAYE, including holiday pay)

Duties:

• Multi-drop deliveries to retailers and stores
• Delivering sundry products including:
  • Till rolls
  • Carrier bags
  • Cleaning products
  • Tissues and paper products
  • Other essential store consumables
• Palletised deliveries using a tail lift
• Some stores may require unloading with a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
