HGV Class 1 Drivers – Haydock | Ongoing Work

Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver searching for consistent long-term work on either Days or Night Shifts?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company in Haydock.

If this role isn't for you, we have opportunities across the Northwest for General Haulage, Store Deliveries, Tramping.

Hours & Shift Patterns

• 7 Day Operation - Various Shift Patterns Available
• Start Times between 0500 - 1100 

Pay Rates - All PAYE including Holiday Pay

Day Shifts

• Monday – Friday: £20.09 p/h
• Weekends - £23.44p/h
• Overtime After 9 Hours : £35.16 p/h

Night Shifts

• Monday - Friday: £23.44p/h
• Weekends: £28.13p/h
• Overtime After 9 Hours: £35.16p/h

Duties:

Days

• Driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle with Curtainsided Trailers
• Delivering to RDC's across the UK
• RDC Deliveries and Trunk Runs on Nights
• Normally between 1 and 3 deliveries depending on the location
• Managing driving hours and completing vehicle checks

Skills & Experience:

• HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, CPC & Digi Card
• 12 Months plus HGV1 Driving Experience
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
