HGV Class 2 Drivers -Leyland

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a well-established distribution operation delivering to construction sites and infrastructure projects across the North West. Yorkshire and North Wales.

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday - starting between 0600 - 0800
• Overtime Available at the weekend

Pay & Benefits

• £17.93 p/h PAYE Including Holiday Pay
• Guaranteed Shifts with permanent positions available

The Role

• Driving HGV Class 2 Tipper Trucks, to make deliveries across the Northwest and North Wales
• Operating Tippers to deliver sand, gravel, stone, and other quarry products
• Load and unload asphalt products as required, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
• Managing Delivery paperwork and driving hours
• Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding delivery schedules.

Skills & Experience Required

• HGV Class 2 Licence, Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 10 months Class 2 Driving Experience
• Some Tipper Experience would be preferred, even its minimal.
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
