Are you a confident Technical Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading food manufacturer in Dinnington. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established site, drive high standards, and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the technical and food safety agenda across the site

• Ensuring compliance with customer, BRC and retailer standards

• Driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and hygiene

• Managing audits and supporting the technical team day-to-day

• Building strong cross-functional relationships to maintain best practice

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a Technical Manager or senior technical role within food manufacturing

• Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and retailer audits

• Ideally HACCP Level 4 qualified (or working towards)

• Confident communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
