Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader – Manufacturing
Location: Haslingden, occasional UK travel between other sites
Salary: C£50k dependent on experience + car allowance + benefits

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting an excellent opportunity and are looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead improvement projects that boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance.

• Coach and engage teams on CI tools like Kaizen, 5S, and standard work.

• Analyse processes, spot opportunities, and implement lasting solutions.

• Track and report on improvements, ensuring results are sustainable.

• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to embed best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years in manufacturing or process improvement roles.

• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

• Track record of leading team-based CI projects.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
