Sales Engineer

Location: Midlands & The South

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + car/allowance + bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting once again for a leading engineering business within the fasteners industry. They're on the hunt for an experienced sales engineer to join their brilliant team. 


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Sales Engineer will drive revenue growth through both account management of existing customers and new business development within the fastening systems market.

• This role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, requiring the ability to understand customer applications, recommend appropriate fastening solutions, and present clear technical and commercial value

• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s applications, production processes, and technical requirements.

• Conduct regular account reviews and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or field sales - preferably within fastening systems, tools, industrial consumables, or related engineering products.

• Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and application requirements.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• A Driving License is required for this role
