Permanent | £70,0000  
Location: Sheffield  - Hybrid (other locations considered Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh) 
 
Elevation HR are delighted to partner with a global professional services organisation in the recruitment of a Senior Emerging Talent Manager (Graduates). 

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR function within a market-leading business. Operating at both a strategic and operational level, this role will shape and deliver the company’s graduate and early careers strategy across the UK and internationally, ensuring a strong, diverse, and client-focused pipeline of future professionals. 

The Role 

As Senior Emerging Talent Manager, you will take ownership of the company's graduate strategyfrom attraction through to qualification. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure the firm continues to be recognised as an employer of choice and delivers outstanding value to clients through its future talent initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a market-leading graduate and emerging talent strategy aligned to business and client priorities 
  • Brand & Attraction: Lead innovative and high-impact attraction campaigns across universities, professional networks, and digital platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement 
  • Client-Centric Programmes: Design and oversee graduate programmes and international secondments that directly support client and business needs 
  • Selection & Assessment: Implement rigorous, data-driven selection processes that identify individuals with strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and a client-first mindset 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain influential relationships with universities, clients, and internal stakeholdersacting as a key ambassador for the firm’s early careers brand 
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion DEI throughout all attraction, assessment, and development activity, ensuring broad access to opportunities and representation at every stage 
  • Programme Delivery: Oversee the complete graduate lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to professional skills training and qualification 
  • Data & Insights: Use analytics and market intelligence to measure impact, report success, and inform ongoing strategy and investment decisions 
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing emerging talent team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration 
  • Strategic Projects: Drive cross-functional projects that align with wider talent, growth, and people objectives 

About You 

  • Proven experience leading graduate or early careers programmes within a professional services or complex corporate environment (experience within legal or consulting sectors advantageous) 
  • Track record of designing and delivering data-driven, commercially aligned talent strategies that deliver measurable outcomes 
  • Confident and credible communicator with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and clients 
  • Strong knowledge of emerging talent trends, assessment methodologies, and qualification pathways in the UK and internationally 
  • Passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent management 
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent judgement, and a collaborative leadership style
