Elevation HR are proud to partner with a forward-thinking professional services group during an exciting period of transformation and growth in their search for a HR Business Partner. 

Working closely with and reporting into the HR Director, the role will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the group’s people strategy, driving engagement, shaping culture, and embedding the organisation’s values through every aspect of the employee experience.  

As HR Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across all areas of HR including organisational design, talent development, employee relations, performance management and change initiatives.  

Your ability to influence, challenge constructively and deliver pragmatic solutions will be key in ensuring that people and culture remain at the heart of the business transformation. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the HR Director to support strategic HR initiatives and organisational change programmes 
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement 
  • Support the development and implementation of people strategies that align with business objectives and reflect the groups values 
  • Lead and influence across key HR areas including talent management, performance, employee engagement and ER 
  • Champion initiatives that enhance inclusion, wellbeing and the overall colleague experience 
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of HR projects that drive transformation and organisational effectiveness

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably within a professional services or similar complex, people-centric environments 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills 
  • A value led leader who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment
