Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to work for our client in York. This 12-month fixed term contract is providing cover for maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor looking to take that next step up and will suit someone looking for Part Time / School Hours or 3 Days a week with 60% of your time spent out of their offices and the remainder hybrid.

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this HR Business Partner ole will lead a team of 3 advisors and will have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas:
Elevation HR are keen to speak with people that are willing to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract, on a part time basis and are skilled in the above areas with a CIPD qualification or working towards with a high level of practical experience preferably in employment legislation.
