This is a truly generalist role and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. Working within a strategically focussed HR Team, you will be reporting into the HR Manager and support on exciting projects as well as the day-to-day HR operations. As a HR Advisor, these include:
Onboarding new starters and support the recruitment and selection process
Offboarding leavers and conducting exit interviews
Carry out investigation meetings and disciplinaries in line with the absence management policy
Manage offers of employment and the induction process including references and medicals
Support with employee engagement focus groups
Lead on wellbeing initiatives for the site
Support line managers with annual performance reviews
Develop and deliver HR related training to managers
Conduct and analyse absence management reporting and communicate trends to managers
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this with experience of managing low level ER cases or absence management and will have worked in a similar industries such as FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
