12 Week Temp to Perm Opportunity
Starting ASAP - £24600 per annum
We are recruiting for a Stores and Despatch Administrator to join a growing business in Keighley.
This is a new opportunity to join a great business, working Monday to Thursday only, giving you a long weekend every week. The role offers full training and a clear path .
Key Benefits
Four day working week – Monday to Thursday, 37 hours (9.25 hours per day) (7am - 4.45pm)
Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour - entry level options will be considered
Temp to perm opportunity with long-term prospects
Full training provided
The Role includes:
- Oversee the despatch process
- Add sales orders onto the MRP system
- Prepare shipping and courier documents
- Check parts that are being booked into stock
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders
- Support in the picking of assembly parts if required
- Work with customer service to ensure delivery within certain timescales
The Person
We are looking for someone who can bring reliability and a proactive attitude to this Stores and Despatch role. The ideal candidate will have:
A flexible approach, able to move between shipping and stock tasks as needed
Good IT skills and confidence using databases
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work well in a team or independently
Reliability, trustworthiness and a willingness to learn new tasks
