Stores and Despatch Admin – Four Day Week – Keighley
12 Week Temp to Perm Opportunity
Starting ASAP - £24600 per annum

We are recruiting for a Stores and Despatch Administrator to join a growing business in Keighley.

This is a new opportunity to join a great business, working Monday to Thursday only, giving you a long weekend every week. The role offers full training and a clear path .

Key Benefits

• Four day working week – Monday to Thursday, 37 hours (9.25 hours per day) (7am - 4.45pm)

• Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour - entry level options will be considered

• Temp to perm opportunity with long-term prospects

• Full training provided

The Role includes:

- Oversee the despatch process
- Add sales orders onto the MRP system
- Prepare shipping and courier documents
- Check parts that are being booked into stock
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders
- Support in the picking of assembly parts if required
- Work with customer service to ensure delivery within certain timescales

The Person
We are looking for someone who can bring reliability and a proactive attitude to this Stores and Despatch role. The ideal candidate will have:

• A flexible approach, able to move between shipping and stock tasks as needed

• Good IT skills and confidence using databases

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work well in a team or independently

• Reliability, trustworthiness and a willingness to learn new tasks
