Take the lead on quality, safety, and compliance at a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing site.

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a long-established FMCG manufacturer who are looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to drive standards, maintain key certifications, and lead continuous improvement at their Dunstable facility.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll manage a small team and work closely with production, operations, and engineering to ensure our processes meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and BRCGS standards.
  • Lead internal/external audits and maintain certification readiness.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental performance, including RIDDOR reporting.
  • Drive waste reduction, sustainability, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse KPIs (defects, safety risk index, waste to landfill) and deliver improvements.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Embed Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS, and environmental standards.
  • Proven track record in HSE and quality management.
  • Experience leading audits and maintaining compliance certifications.
  • HACCP Level 3 and excellent communication/leadership skills.
