Chesterfield
Office Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business based in Chesterfield as they look to bring on board a Finance Assistant to support their team. The successful applicant will be part of a busy team of 3, to provide support across payments, bank reconciliations and invoicing. 

Working within a fully paperless office, you will manage all receipts, refunds and banking. 

Key duties include:
  • Ensuring cashbooks are up to date (daily)
  • Raising payments 
  • Raising sales invoices 
  • Credit control - chasing outstanding debt
  • Bank reconciliation 
  • Posting receipts and refunds
  • Reviewing and posting transactions
