Job: TUPE Specialist
Based: Rotherham (Hybrid)
Duration: c6 Weeks
Salary: upto £50k FTE (part-time c4 days per week)

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working with a Charity based in Rotherham as they look to appoint a Interim TUPE specialist for c6 week interim period, ideally the role requires someone 3-4 days per week. 

Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be working closely with the Head of Care to help support with change management and the smooth transition of a TUPE project including:

• Assisting the management team with a TUPE project
• Leading on TUPE consultations and advising on best practice 
• Acting as a note-taker in HR meetings 
• Supporting the HR function and wider team on change management
