Account Manager

Location: Tadcaster

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + bonus

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality support to existing clients during periods of organisational change or restructure.

• Guide clients in selecting effective outplacement solutions tailored to their employees' needs.

• Identify new decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.

• Explore and present opportunities to expand services offered to clients - such as resilience training, career transition support, or pre-retirement planning.

• Focus on maximising client retention, boosting revenue, and ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience.

Skills & Requirements:

•  A highly organised, motivated individual who thrives in fast paced environments
• A tenacious, driven candidate who offers strong customer service skills alongside a track record of building strategic relationships
• Experience with solution based selling is desirable
