Job title: HR Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: Upto £55k

Elevation HR are delighted to be supporting one of our FMCG clients in Leeds in their search for a HR Manager.  We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the existing HR team who will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organisational success.

As this is supporting a factory site the role will be full time, onsite.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support those goals.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Ideal experience for this role:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a dynamic business environment, ideally FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
