Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global engineering company who are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator at their Sheffield site on a full time, permanent basis.

As a HR Coordinator, you will be reporting directly into the Senior HR Advisor and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. Our client is looking for someone who has strong Microsoft Excel skills and is capable in data and reporting. This company is a market leader and will provide fantastic career development for the right candidate. 

As a HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions 
  • Support in HR KPI data and reporting
  • Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting 
  • Supporting with payroll calculations and collating data 
  • Head up the recruitment processes and manage the administration
  • Support management teams to support them with the end to end recruitment process 
  • Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements
  • Support low level ER case working along side the management teams

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator with strong Microsoft excel skills.
