Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fantastic manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team, supporting the design, manufacture, and certification of specialist equipment. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve compliance to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards 
• Participate in the development and maintenance of our Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and nonconformities using root cause analysis (8D, etc.).
• Perform internal audits, support supplier audits, and drive process improvements.
• Assist with inspection and test planning alongside customer reps and third-party bodies.
• Support quality control activities throughout manufacturing, from initial stages to final release.
• Contribute to supplier evaluation and development within the supply chain.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate quality alerts across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and understanding of other standards 
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with root cause analysis.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with inspection tools, techniques, and quality control methods.
