Operating from a modern, advanced facility in Bradford, this business is renowned for delivering high-quality, bespoke components to critical sectors including aerospace, defence, and energy.

With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship, the company is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain its exceptional standards.

�� Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality improvement projects to reduce defects and increase customer satisfaction
• Manage and develop ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 management systems
• Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and LEAN initiatives across the business
• Oversee supplier quality – audits, development, and performance monitoring
• Prepare for and lead internal, customer, and third-party audits
• Conduct environmental risk assessments (including COSHH) and drive sustainability improvements
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork across departments

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Quality Management or Quality Improvement role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Skilled in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Confident in supplier management and auditing processes
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement strategic improvements
• NEBOSH, IOSH or environmental qualifications are a bonus
