Head of People
Sheffield | Hybrid Working
Salary: c£65,000

Are you a forward-thinking Head of HR or Snr HRBP looking to step up and thrive in fast paced commercial organisation? Elevation Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a well-established commercial, corporate Sheffield-based business to find a Head of People who will drive people strategy, manage operational HR and influence senior leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Head of People will include:

• Leading and evolving all aspects of the HR Agenda
• Oversee the management of all HR operations, admin and compliance, as well as policy development and legal compliance
• Partnering with senior leaders to support their development through strategic learning and coaching
• Delivering valuable HR insights and data to support business strategy
• Shaping and embedding a culture that reflects the company’s values
• Keeping policies and processes ahead of evolving employment legislation
• Support the business through continuous growth and change

Key skills & experience required for this role:

• Proven HR leadership capability
• Strong operational & strategic HR expertise with a drive for innovation and improvement
• A commercial and strategic mindset with excellent people skills
• Driven and capable of working in fast paced, agile and continuously changing businesses
• Exposure to international markets and the appropriate legislation
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in performance management
• Flexibility to travel as required other locations
