Elevation has the pleasure of working with a bespoke manufacturing client based in the Rotherham area. This leading manufacturing company are looking for an Electrically bias Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their well-established team!

Salary: £47,179

Location: Rotherham

Hours: Days and afters - Monday to Friday - Flexibility needed

Duties of a Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Carry out planned and proactive work activities as directed by the maintenance plan, working to high standards, identifying follow up work and demonstrating pride and ownership every day
• Providing support for cell leaders and production staff
• Attending to hazards sotted by the team in a timely manner.
• PPM’s will be carried out every week
• General site maintenance

Desired experience:

• A good level of knowledge, and practical experience in motors, inverters, electro-pneumatics, hydraulics, drives/gearboxes, pumps & seals, conveyor systems, services etc.
• Ideally have 3 years’ experience within in a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer position recently
• Must have experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipes gear boxes at a minimum.
• City and Guilds electrical ONC/B-TEC (or equivalent).
• Time served engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent).
• Would be ideal to have PLC fault finding experience but not essential.
