Working as part of a team, as Quality Engineer, duties & responsibilities: 

• Supporting production teams with quality issues and process improvements
• Coordinating internal queries (IQs), customer complaints (PQs), and non-conformances
• Leading root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa) and implementing CAPAs
• Developing and analysing quality KPIs to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and conducting internal audits
• Collaborating with supply chain teams to address component non-compliance
• Supporting new product introduction (NPI) with robust quality controls
• Leading product and process FMEAs

I'm keen to speak to experienced Quality Engineer's with the following skillset:

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of quality tools and methodologies (ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Full UK driving licence
