Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with a manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner at their site in Rotherham on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a standalone HR Business Partner role supporting a comfortable headcount of c50 employees and would suit a Senior HR Advisor looking to take that next step. The role will be responsible for delivering all HR activity including absence management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development and performance management.
