Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with this highly regarded supplier to the Construction sector to recruit a Business Development Manager focused on girders and grid systems for construction and infrastructure projects.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams across construction and infrastructure projects. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a commercial driver - matching technical requirements with structural solutions.
Drive sales growth by targeting new clients and developing existing accounts
Promote and sell lattice girders, grids, and structural reinforcement solutions to key decision-makers
Build strong relationships with contractors, structural engineers, formwork specialists, and procurement teams
Provide technical advice and product support, collaborating with in-house engineering teams when needed
Attend site visits, trade shows, and networking events to build market presence
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Strong B2B sales background in construction, civil engineering, or structural steel products
Understanding of reinforcement systems, concrete structures, or related materials is desirable
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
£40,000 - £45,000 + bonus
