As Quality Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their products and processes meet the highest standards—supporting internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing our Quality Management System to support operational performance
- Leading internal and external audits and managing findings through corrective/preventative actions
- Preparing internal and customer quality reports and high-level documentation
- Supporting training initiatives and delivering quality inductions for new starters
- Reviewing and interpreting customer and regulatory quality specifications
- Using quality data and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Representing the Quality Team at supplier and customer meetings
I'm keen to speak to Quality System Engineer's with the following skillset:
- Proven experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally AS9100 standards
- Internal or external auditing experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, preferably in the metals or aerospace sector
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Quality/Manufacturing Engineering
