Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – £47,591 – 4 on 4 off – Brigg, South Humberside

Location: Brigg, South Humberside
Salary: Up to £47,591 with bonus
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)
Industry: Manufacturing

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Brigg, South Humberside area to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, stable team in a high-performing facility.

Maintenance Engineer – Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance

• Ensure equipment is running efficiently to minimise downtime

• Support modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement work

• Assist with machine installations and site improvement projects

• Occasionally visit other sites to provide input and support

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity using CMMS

Maintenance Engineer – Requirements:

• Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ)

• Apprentice trained preferred

• 3+ years’ experience in a  Maintenance Engineer role

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexible approach to working hours when required
