Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Crewe (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

Are you a commercially focused finance professional ready to step into a true business partnering role? We’re recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to support a key operational function within a large, well-established UK business based in Crewe.

This is a brilliant opportunity to bring financial insight directly into the heart of operations — working closely with senior stakeholders and operational leads to influence decision-making, drive performance, and improve cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting and insightful variance analysis
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for operational spends
• Provide proactive business partnering to operational teams, challenging and supporting where needed
• Ensure robust financial controls are in place and maintained
• Monitor and forecast capex spend across key investment projects
• Produce profitability analysis for both internal and third-party activities
• Translate complex financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), part-qualified or QBE also considered
• Strong background in management accounting and business partnering
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Commercially minded with a continuous improvement approach
• Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Up to £45,000 base salary
• Up to 15% bonus (based on personal and company performance)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Up to 10% employer pension contribution
• Hybrid working (up to 3 days a week from home)
