Elevation Senior Finance are partnering with a successful Accountancy firm in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Audit Senior for their team.
The role will suit a qualified Accountant who has developed their career in audit, and who is now looking to take a step up in responsibility.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of Clients, and you will lead audits from the planning stage through to completion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress with this firm.
Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of SME Clients
- Statutory audits from planning through to completion
- Managing small teams and allocating work to team members
- Managing relationship with Client on site during audit
- Providing training and development to junior team members
Key skills / qualifications:- ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist with experience in audit
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of FRS102
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team management
