Job Description

Elevation Senior Finance are partnering with a successful Accountancy firm in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Audit Senior for their team. 

The role will suit a qualified Accountant who has developed their career in audit, and who is now looking to take a step up in responsibility. 

You will be responsible for a portfolio of Clients, and you will lead audits from the planning stage through to completion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress with this firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of SME Clients
  • Statutory audits from planning through to completion
  • Managing small teams and allocating work to team members
  • Managing relationship with Client on site during audit
  • Providing training and development to junior team members
Key skills / qualifications:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist with experience in audit 
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of FRS102
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team management
