Elevation Recruitment Group HR are looking for a HR Advisor to join their client based in Cardiff, on a full time, permeant basis.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, focusing on Employee Relation casework as well as project work. The right candidate will be able to work with a challenging workload and be prepared to travel across the country if required.

As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an Employee Relations caseload including disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, sickness absence and performance management
• Coaching and guiding managers with HR policies and provide advice and guidance on HR issues
• Supporting the team with TUPE transfers
• Supporting the Senior HR Business Partners with projects
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team in understanding requirements for the business
• Manage and maintain contracts and other employee information
• Ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the company's evolving needs

The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of complex Employee Relation cases and have a CIPD qualification or working towards this. The individual will have the ability to maintain strong relationships and have excellent communication skills.
