Financial Controller – Dynamic Manufacturing Business
Location: Central Belt – Scotland
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + Car & Excellent Bonus & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a key business influencer – providing financial insight that drives operational and commercial decision-making
• Ensure financial excellence – develop and improve strong financial controls, risk management, and compliance processes
• Take ownership of performance reporting – deliver insightful monthly management reports and financial analysis to senior leadership
• Lead and develop the finance team – manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring growth and continuous improvement
• Shape the future – oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, supporting strategic business discussions
• Drive efficiency and innovation – streamline processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance financial operations

What We’re Looking For:

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA Qualified
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to provide commercial and operational decision support
• Advanced IT and Excel skills
• Experience in leading and developing finance teams
