Technical Presales Consultant

3 days a week on-site in Manchester

Are you a motivated Technical Individual looking to join a fast‑growing team and transition into the exciting area of Presales?

We’re recruiting for a Technical Presales Consultant where you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to shape tailored solutions based on client needs.

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Lead technical discover sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges and requirements
• Help design and propose solutions that align with business objectives
• Support with pre-sales tasks including proposal development, RFP responses etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of pre-sales practices
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering guidance and best practices

Technical Requirements:

• Broad understanding of IT services including Cloud, Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Data Protection
• Minimum 3 years’ technical experience, looking to transition into a presales position
• Proven ability to connect technical solutions with business challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
