Enterprise Architect
Initial 3-Month Contract
Edinburgh | Hybrid
£650 – £700 p/day | Inside IR35
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a major AI transformation programme, focusing on AI platforms, Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture and establishing the governance and frameworks required for successful enterprise-wide adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing architectural governance, processes and frameworks across the programme
- Supporting the design and implementation of enterprise-wide cloud and AI foundations
- Developing and shaping target-state enterprise and solution architecture
- Providing architectural oversight and technical challenge across multiple teams
- Supporting the transition from high-level architecture design into delivery and implementation
- Coordinating architecture decisions across cloud, infrastructure, security and technology teams
- Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security and governance requirements
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and technology adoption
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or similar within a large enterprise environment, ideally financial services
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
- Good understanding of AI platforms, infrastructure and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience establishing architectural governance, frameworks and ways of working
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and target-state architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
