Full Stack Developer Engineer – Cyber DevOps

Rate: £450 - £500 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Fully Remote

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Engineer to join a Cyber DevOps team, developing internal applications, automation, tooling and new solutions used across cyber and network environments.

This is a hands-on role covering the full software development lifecycle, with a particular focus on Python/FastAPI backend development alongside JavaScript/React frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications and internal engineering tools
• Build backend services, APIs and automation using Python and FastAPI
• Develop frontend applications using JavaScript and React
• Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases
• Develop, deploy and support applications within AWS
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure and integration issues
• Apply secure development practices throughout the software lifecycle

Key Skills

• Strong Python and FastAPI development experience
• Strong JavaScript and React experience
• Genuine hands-on Full Stack Development experience
• SQL and PostgreSQL
• AWS
• REST APIs, Git and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of software engineering, testing and maintainable code

• Cyber Security experience
• Networking knowledge
• Docker / containerisation
• AWS ECS
• DevOps experience
• Secure software development / application security
