Application Packager – Contract 

Nuneaton – Onsite
£350–£400 per day
14-day contract

We’re looking for an experienced Application Packager to support a large-scale laptop deployment project involving approximately 650 devices.

You’ll be responsible for preparing, packaging and testing applications to ensure they can be successfully deployed to users, working alongside the wider deployment team.

Key responsibilities:

• Package and prepare applications for deployment
• Deploy applications through Microsoft Intune / Company Portal
• Test application installation and first-run behaviour
• Troubleshoot application installation issues
• Support simple, medium and more complex applications
• Assist with EPM and AppLocker rules and exceptions
• Use PowerShell where required
• Ensure applications are ready ahead of laptop deployment waves

Key experience:

• Strong application packaging experience
• Microsoft Intune / Company Portal
• Windows application deployment
• PowerShell
• AppLocker
• EPM / Endpoint Privilege Management would be beneficial
• Experience supporting large-scale device rollout or migration projects would be advantageous
